Manufacturing ' EXEL' involves a series of evolutions and innovation. Right from orders receiving to commissioning, our marketing team works in close unison with the production unit. All the orders are received and approved for specification and delivery schedules by authorized executives under the strict supervision of accomplished engineers. While each equipment is designed, the concept of small footprint but easy accessibility to every part is adopted. In our hi- tech manufacturing plant, installed with finest technological innovations, all the equipments are manufactured using components of international repute. The raw material is keenly inspected as per the IQC norms before being released for production. All the PCBs are designed using latest CAD software and soldered on wave -soldering machines only. The connectors are made using special Crimping tools. All units are thoroughly inspected and QC report is made. The units then go through cyclic test to check failure of any component. Before dispatch, it is again tested for basic operation. All the test and measuring equipments are calibrated from time to time for reliability of measurements.
Servicing supports better customer relations. The units are designed on modular concept for easy servicing. In case of fault at customers end, the entire module is replaced at site and faulty module is repaired at company's service center. A sufficient stock of different types of modules is maintained with the servicing department. The dealer's engineers are trained at the company's service center. For immediate rectification of problems, spare module and parts are provided to the dealers. If required, a team of service engineers of 'EXEL' assists the dealer for quick servicing.
